All our orders are now sent with DHL Express! 

Once DHL Express has collected your package from us you will receive an email or sms if you prefer, with a code for tracking.

In most cases orders will de packed dispatched for delivery within 1-3 days. Shipping times will depend on your location, please see below: 

• Spain: Usually within 1-3 working days.

*Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.  We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.


Sometimes there is a delay in the system, especially for international orders. Please double check your tracking number and refresh the page.  If it still does not work you will need to try again in a few hours.
