RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you change your mind then it´s no problem to return your purchase for a refund, our policy lasts 30 days (excluding Made to Order items) If 30 days has passed since your purchase, then unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return please email us for instructions on how to return your item.
Please include the packing slip or a paper that includes with your name and order number so that we can efficiently process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only exchange/replace items in the rare circumstance that they are defective or damaged. We check products before they are packaged and sent but if you do receive a faulty item please email us with a photo of the fault and we will offer you refund or exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns & Refunds.
To return your product please email us for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As this is the only way to ensure your item is received and in the are case that postal services misplace your package it will be possible to trace it. Otherwise we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Important! please always put your address on the back of the package.

MADE TO ORDER POLICY
Our made to order products are made on demand and each order is specific to our customers order requirements, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns are not accepted neither for change of mind or purchasing the wrong size/colour.
We can only accept refunds due to manufacturing faults. If you do receive a faulty item, please email us with a photo of the fault and we'll reply with return instructions.
